"St. Kevin’s is blessed with all kinds of places to eat and drink, and Frank’s is where you’ll find the people who like to swill pét-nat and talk about their Noble Rot magazine subscription. These days it feels like the former-shop-to-wine-bar pipeline is well trodden. Frank’s, at least, was not a laundrette, but a butcher’s.
