"Parked outside of a bike shop on South Lamar, ATX Food Co is a trailer specializing in vegan tacos, bowls, soups, and smoothies. And while you’re probably not going to confuse the BBQ “brisket” bowl for animal products anytime soon—it’s made with black eye bean tempeh—it still packs a nice smoky flavor that pairs well with the spicy ginger sauce served with it.
