"Palma is a new upscale Italian spot in Burbank that likes to get a little flashy. It stamps its logo on its cocktail ice and rolls out a Bloody Mary cart at weekend brunch. It also covers a lot of ground on its menu, with wood-fired pizzas, aged steaks, oyster platters, and pappardelle tossed in oxtail ragú. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Sylvio Martins
