"You’ll hear a lot about Theo James—actor, man of highly defined cheekbones—being part of the team that’s opening Lupa (alongside the co-founder of Carousel). But the Roman-influenced menu at this Highbury spot is arguably even more exciting. Think supplí, slow-roasted porchetta, polpette al sugo, and fresh pasta dishes. There isn’t a lot of wiggle room in Lupa’s tiny dining room and nor does the restaurant have a phone number. Primetime reservations are at a premium, so it’s unlikely you’re going to get a specific Friday night in mind.
