"The Cellar Bar is a small space with a big wine selection—there are hundreds of bottles in stock, so expect to be hit with indecision. Thankfully, the owner is your personal sommelier (do you want a hit of minerality? A fruity red?), and will pull off a bottle from the floor-to-ceiling shelf and open it for a small corkage fee. He’s the perfect guy to nerd out with on the virtues of natural wine or the terroir in the Rhone Valley.
