"You could probably go to Black Rock if you’re not a whisky snob, but we’re not entirely sure why you’d bother. They have a small-ish selection of cocktails, but they excel at whisky and stock hundreds of bottles, all available by the dram. Come with a full wallet, an idea of what you like—balanced, fragrant, spicy, sweet, that kind of thing—and an open mind.
