"Named after the Three Sisters Mountain in Lumpkin County, this vineyard and winery in Dahlonega has been around since the ’90s—a decade before the Georgia winery boom. It’s one of the few wineries in North Georgia that uses 100% estate-grown grapes and fruits for their wines, so come here for a good showcase of the Georgia terroir. We especially like the Fat Boy Red (a cab-merlot blend that hits you with a punch of zest at the end) and specialty ones like the HulaHalaKahiki (a sweet, dessert wine that’s pineapple forward). Take a seat in the barn or kick back on the covered outdoor patio area, which overlooks a small pond and nearly 200 beautiful acres of vineyards." - Juli Horsford
