"Pearl’s On The Corner is a perfect pit stop before or after dinner elsewhere in the neighborhood. The loud, low-lit space has plenty of space for dates and small groups, and the straightforward cocktail menu can work for pretty much everyone. The food leaves a lot to be desired—with the exception of some top notch french fries that would make Ronald McDonald jealous—so stick to bevvies here (though a dirty martini pairs perfectly with said fries). photo credit: CANDIS R. MCLEAN Food Rundown Baby Gem Caesar A heavy-on-the-anchovy caesar? No complaints here. But this salad is more than just anchovy heavy—it’s sopping in dressing.
