"Freddo is a gelato chain from Argentina famous for its signature dulce de leche ice cream, and to little surprise, it’s amazing. Even when solidly frozen, this rich gelato has the stretchiness of warm caramel. It’s indulgent, but this Studio City shop has plenty of less-sweet flavors to balance your three-scoop cup, like toasty pistachio and a velvety-tart passion fruit sorbetto. Beyond frozen desserts, Freddo is just a pleasant place to hang out or meet up with friends at any hour: There’s Wifi on the spacious back patio, plus coffee, alfajores, and medialuna sandwiches served until 9pm (11pm on weekends)." - Sylvio Martins
