"Zimplex Mixology, a neon lounge and bar in Old Town, makes some of the most impressive shots we’ve ever seen. They take three minutes to make, involve multiple ingredients and syringes, and look like modern art pieces that belong at the MOCA Bangkok. Drops of neon colors float and hang in the gin and absinthe bases, creating little universes in each shot glass. The best part: they actually taste good. If you’re in Phuket, it’s worth it just to see what they look like.
