"When it opens on August 3, La Boca will be the sixth restaurant in NYC from a Chef’s Table subject, this time from Argentinean asado legend Francis Mallmann. It’s in the Faena Hotel about as far west in Chelsea as you can get, and the restaurant is supposed to celebrate the Buenos Aires neighborhood that it gets its name from.
