"There’s a pool table at Jac’s on Bond, but it almost feels decorative. With its $20 house cocktails, this subterranean Noho bar—from the people behind and —isn’t where you go for a casual round of eight ball. It is, however, a date spot and a scene, and it’s the perfect place to grab a drink when you have a new pair of pants to debut. The room is loud, dark, and filled with photographs of old-school hip hop artists, with plenty of standing room and a good number of tables that you can reserve.
