"After several years as a takeout-only operation, this classic Taiwanese breakfast spot in Monterey Park reopened its dining room and brought back one of the most charming places to spend a morning in the SGV. The diner-esque space comes complete with old men reading the newspaper and food that hits your table quickly. Get the fan tuan if it’s your first time, a sticky rice burrito stuffed with eggs, pickles, and fried dough, plus the pan-fried omelet wrapped in a crepe-like pancake.
