"The most important thing to remember about Woodinville tasting rooms is that if you only pay attention to how luxurious the lighting fixtures are, you're missing the point. At Savage Grace in the Warehouse District, the wine is the most important thing, and we like it that way. They're doing cool things with Cabernet Franc—like a skin-stripped white, or carbonic maceration-treated stuff filled to the cork with bell-peppery, amped-up juiciness.
