"Named the best bar in Germany, Wax On offers something a bit different from the other bars on Weserstraße. You can’t smoke inside, the cocktails are edgy, and there’s a kind of clinical feel that won’t trigger your public sofa phobia. It’s not cosy, cheap, candlelit, or cash-only, and therefore not veryBerlin, but the exciting €14 cocktail menu makes coming here more about the drinks than sinking beers until you’ve forgotten your pin number. Which we almost forgot was the whole point?
