BATSU!

Comedy club · East Village

@infatuation

"At BATSU!, you enter through a door camouflaged by a big chicken and turtle mural into the weird and wonderful world of the batsu game. In this Japanese genre of comedy, comedians compete in challenges of all kinds, and the losers receive punishments like electric shocks, paintballs, and a giant egg-smashing chicken. If you’ve seen other Japanese game shows, you know that this place will likely be a good, rowdy time. Food and drink are also available at the venue, or you can always have dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in the East Village. Reserve a spot here. " - neha talreja
