"When you come to Fete, always listen carefully to the long list of specials, which will usually highlight a local fish and whatever the chef’s been obsessed with recently. That’s including, but not limited to, pork chops from pigs raised at Kualoa Ranch (a.k.a. the set of movies like Jurassic Park and Jumanji).
