"In its heyday, Carmine’s in Century City was a glitzy industry hotspot where tuxedo-clad waiters served A-listers linguine and clams. That’s not the case anymore, even if the Hollywood types never totally left. This tavern-like restaurant is a gathering spot for CAA agents and Fox backlot crewmembers who dissect box office numbers at the table.
