"The coffee shop and breakfast spot Dandelion Cafe is beloved by the neighborhood folks in Bellaire. We can’t tell if that’s due to how bright and colorful every square inch of the cafe is, or how ridiculously good the fried chicken and waffle tastes. Probably both.
