"For the uninitiated, a spice bag is a wonderfully chaotic Dublin creation. A bag of chips (fries, for North American folk) is mixed with pieces of fried chicken, curry powder, a little Szechuan pepper, pan-fried white onion, chilli flakes, and whatever else they fancy throwing in there. Xi’an Street Food has plenty on the menu, but its spice bag is the best in the city. The Anne Street location is full of other people with the same idea come 11pm. Sit inside, lean against the counter with some starter dumplings, or take your beige bag to your next destination." - Jake Missing
