"Sleepovers growing up meant watching hours of TV and waking up to the smell of pancakes. Eat might be the closest restaurant you’ll find that can replicate that feeling of excitement, tinged with the fear that they won’t include the chocolate chips. The pancakes at this Downtown Vegas spot are some of our favorites in the city, though the rest of the Southern brunch menu is just as good. Now the only things missing are the sleeping bags that were definitely never washed and the occasional call to “keep it down” that no one ever listened to." - Edward Thompson
