"Table X’s bright, modern, minimalist space in Millcreek is a sharp contrast to the big-box chains and consignment shops outside on bustling Highland Drive.It's arguably one of the best places in Salt Lake City to celebrate an anniversary, and on any given night the dining room is full of young couples making googly eyes at each other and the plate of roasted carrots on their table. You can choose between a five- or seven-course tasting menu that’ll include whatever’s fresh from the on-site vegetable garden. One of our favorite dishes this fall is their campanelle topped with charred corn, pesto, and a dusting of pecorino romano. If edible souvenirs are your jam, make sure you snag a to-go loaf of Table X’s sourdough on the way out." - Jenny Willden
