"Zuzu, an Asian fusion spot from Detroit, opened in Downtown near the Ascend Amphitheater. The Detroit location is known for its high-energy party atmosphere, and the two-story, 8,000-square-foot venue in Nashville plans to do the same. Helping the cause: a rotating roster of DJs, sparkling sake bombs, and a sushi bar featuring a three-tier tower of sashimi and nigiri.
