"Just like Edan's unbelievably good steak, the dry-aged ribeye on this burger arrives medium rare (with an exquisite emphasis on the rare). It’s topped with a thick piece of idiazabal cheese, tangy ibarra peppers, and a roasted red pepper sauce that out-flavors all “secret” burger sauces. Altogether, eating this is like taking a bite out of the entire Basque region and the only thing that would make it better is if it came with an all-expense paid trip to San Sebastián.
