The mozzarella-stuffed potato chip jeon is precisely engineered to soak up alcohol, and the tomato-gochujang tteokbokki is reinforced with brisket and sliced beef. Make sure you get an aluminum kettle of house makgeolli, which you’re supposed to swirl with your pinky after you pour it into your glass.
