Holybelly - Review - 10th Arr. - Paris - The Infatuation

"At Holybelly, food is no afterthought. It’s a breakfast and lunch spot first and foremost, serving the fluffiest pancakes, savory or sweet, and some of our favorite coffee in town. It’s heavy on the brunch, with excellent espresso-based drinks and drip coffee on the side. There’s always a line, so come right when they open at 8:30am or at 3pm after the lunch rush, or prepare to wait 30 minutes or more for a table (no reservations here). If you’re alone, you can probably skip the line by beelining to the bar." - Tanisha Townsend
