"Sparrow Italia is very Mayfair. The Italian restaurant has three floors, moody lighting that’ll make your jumper look more Hermès than H&M, and a menu that ranges from caviar to a two-person lobster linguini that should definitely be on your table. It can be a little serious—constant water refills, multiple staff to greet you, and a personal escort to the bathroom—but if you get a table for two in their first floor courtyard-like area, it’s the perfect romantic spot for an anniversary dinner or a special birthday.
