"Walking down bustling Bree Street, you could easily miss this place completely. And that would be a huge shame, because Tomson stands out in a city where the options for Chinese food are relatively one dimensional. The co-owner did a stint in Shanghai, and now serves up South Cantonese dishes like wontons floating in rich chili broth and delicately steamed hake in a ginger and spring onion sauce at this City Centre spot.
