"Of course you love tacos, but if you can take off your tortilla-focused blinders for a second, there are some other major, must-order Mexican dishes at Tarasco’s. The menu at the Federal Boulevard strip mall spot can be overwhelming because it’s so long, but skip to the Michoacano section, where you’ll find stuff like sweet corn tamales with salsa verde, spicy pozole, and the complex seven chile mole served over carnitas.
