"We love this manga-themed dessert joint all year long for its cascading peaks of soft serve in crispy cones—but a visit is vital, especially during flip-flop weather. The matcha-ube swirl is an unbeatable combo, but don’t skip the vegan dole whip and mango taiyaki, with tang that instantly cools you by five degrees. The shop has fun artwork, including white tiles behind the counter that look like fish scales, making a long line more tolerable. There's also a small, but comfortable seating area with a plush leather couch that's easy to sink into. But the best move is to grab a cone or one of their refreshing iced matcha lattes to-go and take a leisurely stroll around Georgetown.
