"New American. Wine Bar. West Village. Sure, you’ve probably read that before—maybe even on this guide—but Cora is from the people behind Figure Eight (and in their former Silver Apricot space), and they’re focusing on adult grape juice made by North American producers. They’ve got about 20 options by the glass, and seasonal wine bar food, like tilefish crudo with sungold tomatoes and husk cherries or chicken liver paté with house-baked sourdough. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
