"It’s always nice to see a pop-up find a permanent home, and this Filipino bakery now has one in Long Beach. Their vegan pandesal is baked fresh every hour, alongside treats like pan de coco filled with coconut, pandan cinnamon rolls, and ube crumb cups—all made without dairy or eggs. They’re also pouring coffee with beans sourced from Filipino farmers. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
