"Musume is a new sushi bar on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood with nigiri that looks as bright and flashy as everything else in the area (though the space itself is white and minimalist). Expect salmon truffle crudo, sweet shrimp nigiri topped with caviar, and Hokkaido uni handrolls studded with gold leaf. On a non-sashimi note, Musume’s pepper-dusted wings in “secret sauce” look quite good. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
