"Ghee always has amazing mango dishes up its sleeve in the summer. But their mango options are a little pared down this year because of the bad harvest on the restaurant’s own farm. But mangoes currently make two appearances on the menu. There’s a mango and green papaya salad, which you can wash down with a thick mango lassi. Pair both with Ghee’s ghost pepper cheddar naan and add some spicy green mango pickles if you can withstand the heat.
