"When you splurge on a lobster roll, you want to know that you’re getting your money’s worth. And at Lobster Zen, you are. While this food truck (that’s regularly parked outside of GW Supermarket in Rosemead) has a fairly straightforward Boston-style seafood menu, there are all these little surprises that make it stand out. Its star dish consists of huge chunks of fresh Maine lobster coated in truffle oil and butter and piled high in a toasted brioche bun.
