"You can’t walk 20 feet without running into a healthstaurant or medical spa in Midtown. Nu Real Food is more proof of this fact. But the fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant is worth having in your Midtown wellness repertoire. On the menu, there are things like reasonably filling chicken pita (with an activated charcoal pita, of course), a carrot waffle that tastes better than it sounds, and more of the usual healthy food suspects.
