"Lotus Of Siam is one of the most important restaurants in Las Vegas. It helped put the city's restaurant scene on the map with its many TV appearances, and redefined Thai food in the Southwest with fiery dishes that are a far cry from your usual corner takeout spot. The huge, high-energy dining room is always filled with big parties coming in from the casinos, multi-generational family gatherings, Strip chefs on their days off, and celebrities with their entourages. There are plenty of splashy dishes that include crab, lobster, and perfectly crispy duck for when you're feeling celebratory, though we also love the shareable nam prik dips and a tom kha soup that's more brothy than creamy. Lotus can accommodate dietary restrictions without fuss, and customize a meal for you on the spot, so you don't have to do much planning ahead if you're rolling with a group. They can handle it.
