It helped put the city's restaurant scene on the map with its many TV appearances, and redefined Thai food in the Southwest with fiery dishes that are a far cry from your usual corner takeout spot. The huge, high-energy dining room is always filled with big parties coming in from the casinos, multi-generational family gatherings, Strip chefs on their days off, and celebrities with their entourages.
