People typically come here for the house variat, which comes loaded with ensaladilla, fried squid, octopus fritters, mushrooms, and cod. And while it’s tough to find variat in Mallorca that isn’t mostly seafood, Bodega La Rambla offers a great vegetarian version with mushrooms, tortilla, and fried vegetables.
