All Of Austin’s Burger Chains, Ranked By Price - Austin - The Infatuation

"Hat Creek started as a food truck in 2008 before eventually expanding to more than two dozen locations across Texas. The menus mostly follow the classic burger-joint format—burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, salads, and milkshakes—but Hat Creek also has a handful of lettuce wraps, paleo/keto bowls, and chicken nuggets. The verdict: On our last couple of visits, our burger and fries were salted to the point of no return. But with this many locations, we can only hope that was a series of unfortunate flukes. The thick-cut pickles and hinged bun are nice touches, though." - nicolai mccrary
