"Green Papaya is the only Vietnamese restaurant in Hialeah. And if you’re in the area with a desperate craving for pho, this casual spot gets the job done. Though their broth is slightly underwhelming, they have enough tableside sauces to enhance the flavor. The Saigon noodle bowl is also filling, and comes with crisp spring rolls and a nuoc cham sauce you should use liberally.
