"The menu at this friendly Mt. Airy spot is a bit more interesting than your run-of-the-mill bakery: fluffy vegan squash spiced muffins and bready sourdough bagels get fired in the early morning, and bubbly-crusted tomato pie and rye ginger cookies with a touch of salt line the shelves later. Thankfully, you can get the naturally leavened loaves all day. Keep in mind that the line forms fast, and the wooden cafe tables fill when they open at 9am—especially on a lazy Saturday—so come early to secure your laminated goodies (they’d make Paul Hollywood proud).
