"Happea’s is a fast-casual Mediterranean spot in Brickell that has wraps and bowls and such. But we’re not here to talk about that. We’re here to talk about their soft serve. It’s vegan (half the menu is) and better than vegan soft serve ordered from a giant digital screen should be. An oat milk-based vanilla is the only option—and toppings are pretty basic (halva is as exciting as it gets).
