"Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak, from the team behind Blue Ribbon Brasserie, exists for one reason and one reason only: To feed people who are afraid to wander too far from Penn Station. Located just off the lobby of an enormous office building, this upscale, izakaya-like place serves a mix of Japanese and American steakhouse cuisine. The setting is a bit corporate, but the steak is nicely seared, and the rolls and nigiri are made with quality fish, so you can have a pleasant meal here.
