"When you walk into Spring Cafe Aspen you’ll be hit with the sound of Vitamixes blasting fruits and vegetables for juice and smoothies as an athleisure-clad crowd waits at the counter. The vegetarian menu featuring plenty of vegan and gluten-free options is a rarity in the area, and great for those with dietary restrictions.
