"Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville is the latest entry to the wealth of celebrity Broadway bars. And it checks off most of the requirements for a post-2010 honky-tonk. Among its four floors, there’s an elevated stage for bands and plenty of bar space and seating for drinking and eating Southern-style dishes like hush puppies, mac and cheese, and a prime beef flat iron in a whiskey demi-glace.
