Spork - Review - Garfield - Pittsburgh - The Infatuation

"For a restaurant named after a confused piece of silverware, Spork confidently serves some of the most creative food in the city. Everything on the menu here is something you think you’ve seen before, but way better. Like the “Bread & Butter,” which arrives with four spreads including a gorgonzola butter we’d like to keep on our person at all times. They have a $65, seven-course tasting menu or you can order a la carte - either way it’s going to be an expensive night, but perfect if you’re celebrating something while you’re in town. If you want something more low-key and are here for longer than a weekend, their weekday Happy Hour (5-7pm at the bar) has excellent cocktail and pizza deals." - Madeline Quigley
