The Bay Area pop-up makes an appearance in SF generally once per week at Barebottle or Noe Cafe—though the day and hours are rarely the same. Once you track them down, you’ll be rewarded with juicy patties with crisp paper-thin skirts slathered in a tangy sauce inside of a bouncy potato bun (remember to ask for the free diced caramelized onions, too).
