"Not so long ago, an invitation to a “vegan brunch spot” would have had Berliners running for the grass-fed hills. Sfera, a spacious, airy spot just off Rixdorf’s Böhmischer Platz, is helping to change that mentality. With vegan hollandaise, whipped tofu, coconut yoghurt, and chai cream on its menu, you’re more likely to hear guests complaining about not being able to finish the obscene pile of potato salad than bemoaning the lack of dairy.
