"Sitting next to Sweet Auburn Barbecue, this second location of Soul Vegetarian has been a long-cherished staple in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood and is our area go-to when we want a plant-based meal. Soul Veg veterans come in looking past the slightly underwhelming dining area with bright green plastic chairs and an old refrigerator display case that could use a makeover. And new visitors should too because, luckily, the food doesn’t need to undergo any type of revamp.
