Proper Tacos - Review - Holloway - London - The Infatuation
"Straightforwardly true to its name, Proper Tacos is a little Mexican concession inside Holloway’s Nag’s Head Market and it’s worth making a pit stop for. The blue corn tortillas are handmade, the beef suadero drips lurid orange, and the crunchy salsa macha is spooned generously on every taco. You can get three tacos and a drink for £15 and while the pulled chicken encacahuatado can be a little dry, the duo of juicy pork chicharron and dripping beef suadero more than makes up for it.
